You should try temping vaginally - it will even put your chart and make it much easier to read.
At the moment I would say it's impossible to tell if you've ovulated.

It's hard to say but you did have a dip on cd 15 so it's possible. Do you take your temp at the same time every day? If your temp stays above your coverline for at least 3 days, then most likely you ovulated. Good luck and baby dust!
