Diatary help
Okay so.. I honestly dislike a lot about my appearance. I think the only thing I love is my boobs and the size of my ass but I hate how my thighs touch and I have a stomach 😞😞 I've gone from 75kg to 68kg by just shortening my meals. I do exercises at home but hardly any cardio because I have really bad ankles and the way my feet roll from the outside inwards when I walk (instead of just normal "heel to toe"). So I do my squats, sit ups, lunges and a few other bursts of movement.. Does anyone have any tips to help me..? I want to look absolutely gorgeous 😔😔
