IUI with femara

I was on clomid for 7 months on 150 mg dosage with no success. I have PCOS and we have been TTC from 1 year. We went to the fertility clinic and my doc suggested switching to femara 5 mg since it's better than clomid. Doing US on CD3 and CD7 and doing the blood work. I'm currently on CD2. If I don't have any mature follicles by the time of 2nd US then doc suggested for trigger shot and then going with IUI.

Did anybody get pregnant in the first try in IUI or anybody on the same boat as me??? Keeping my fingers crossed.
