Nipple stimulation or heat pads to induce labor?

Has anyone tried this? Ive read so much about it and I'm willing to try anything so I don't have to be induced, but I'm a bit hesitant. HELP!

I'm doing the heating pad first, definitely more contractions! But nothing painful yet haha

I tried nipple stimulation yesterday, it was irritating. Then i had one contraction and the another less painful! Then i fall asleep 😅!!! I tried to stimulate also during the day with some contactions, but definitely my nipples hurts now 😪 and still not in labor
