I've recently quit biting my nails and have been getting shellac manicures to help them grow. They're definitely growing but they are paper thin and brittle without shellac! Does anyone have any idea what I can do to help my poor nails? I'm guessing getting the shellac is part of the problem but I'm worried without it that I'll start biting again. Any advice is appreciated!
