Bumps on Areola, nipple picture, may be TMI

Are these red bumps normal? I've never had these before, just regular bumps. I know it can be a sign of pregnancy but my cycle just ended on the 10th. They aren't painful or irritating in any way, just something I've never noticed. Being a hypochondriac I worry about the worst like breast cancer even if I'm only 21. 

I check my breasts mostly if not more and I don't have any lumps, these little red dots and stretch marks (I have them almost everywhere and have never had kids 😞) are the only new things I've noticed recently, stretch marks have been here longer but still semi new to me.
