You might have urinated a bit without realizing. Put on a pad and if you soak it then your water may have broke. I would worry though.

Talk to your doctor just in case. Could be discharge, could be pee, could be a leak. Better to be safe than sorry. Make sure you wear a pad and bring the underwear and pad in with you if the doctor directs you to labor and delivery.

I'm 32 weeks and I've done this twice recently.  It ended up that I just peed a little.  I've been wearing a thin panty liner daily now.
