Has anyone tried float therapy?!

I tried it for the first time today and it was a pretty weird experience!! Would love to know what others thought about their experience!

I go for a float every third Friday. It helps me with nerve pain (c7 herniated disk) from a car accident about a year ago.

I had to step down from pain meds since we're TTC and floating helps A LOT.

I've also found that I do some of my best thinking when I'm floating. Not having any distractions really helps 'reset' my internal thought process.
