Has anyone has positive breastfeeding after implants?

I am curious of everyone's experience breastfeeding after having a breast augmentation periariola? I had an incision around the nipples years ago and now I'm nervous I wont be able to breast feed but I have read mixed information and know I just have to wait and see but I'm curious if anyone has a positive story??

I have implants (behind the muscle) and was told by both my surgeon and now my obgyn that it wouldn't even be a factor (my friend has the same and was given the same info from both her surgeon and ob). Only over the muscle implants can cause problems.

STM; got breast implants under he muscle at age 21. Now 30. I DID have issues breast feeding. My daughter wouldn't latch(not an implant issue), but I wasn't producing any milk whatsoever in the hospital. I didn't get my milk in for 3 weeks. And it was very little. I think the most I ever pumped was 6oz at one time with both breasts combined. I still pumped for 9 months even if it was 6pz just so she got he health benefit but she wa bottle fed 100% of the time and supplemented with enfamil formula. My incision was around the nipple and I did think it affected me.

However, a friend of mine was able to successfully breastfeed her first for 1 year and is same incision as me and behind the muscle but it isn't working for her thi time.

It all depends. Don't worry about it too much. Whatever happens will be fine.

Not me, but a dear friend... she was able to breastfeed her first for a little over two months and then switched to exclusively pumping (back to work). She breastfed her second longer, but also switched to pumping because of pain. 
Her implants didn't impact her supply, as far as she could tell.

I got implants under the muscle and through the armpit incision and I have been leaking since 16 weeks so hoping that's a good sign.

It will depend on the scar tissue developed from the areola incision, more scar tissue will lessen your chances of being able to breastfeed.
