Freakin out a little bit

Alrighty so i had a baby in June and we started having sex again around that 6 week mark, now i DO NOT want another baby... YET. I wanna enjoy this little dude first, so i got an appt for birth control. I had a period Sept, the beginning, i am EBF, but now in Oct i havent started my period, am i just irregular? I have my BC appt Tues so we will find out then haha it was extremely hard to get pregnant with my LO now, it took 3 years and one miscarriage. I have stage 4 endometriosis so i just wanna know if anyone has been in this situation or if anyone knows if EBF effects your period, i love babies and i want at least 4 but not just yet!😊
