Exercise and late period
So my last period was September 15, and my cycles are usually 28-30 days. I was expecting it to be here by October 15 by the latest, but still no AF. I started a workout program at the gym exactly a week ago where I went 4 times last week and we did 20 minutes of high intensity workout training. My question is could just starting working out make my period late? thanks in advance
