OCD? tips or help please ?

I suffer from
OCD, anxiety, have panic attacks and vertigo that I am being treated for. My days are constantly depending on how I feel. But I feel my OCD is getting out of hand.. I can't wear certain things or I believe it will bring me bad luck. I can't wear certain nail polish. I have to walk into my living room one way or my whole day will be thrown off.. if I text saying something then I believe it won't happen. Does anyone else suffer and how to cope ??'
