What contraceptions is everyone on? I was off the pill for years due to the hormones making me to emotional i dont know what to go on now. Ive tried so many and cant risk falling atm by just being careful

Paragaurd! It's non hormonal. I had the same issue and have tried everything. This is the only thing that works best for me.

Right now condoms and hubby just had a vasectomy. I have birth crop oills but birth control always messes up my body .... We've only had sex 2 times since baby was born

I'm not using anything, currently, because we hope to get pregnant again after our lo is 6mo, but if I was, I would have gone back to my Paraguard IUD. Set it and forget it, plus no horomones.

Are you breastfeeding? They'll try to have you on a mini pill so it won't hurt your supply but I quit taking it after it felt like my post pardon depression came back with a vengeance. Previously, I've had good luck with pills that are "mono-phasic" meaning same dose of hormones all month vs pills that try to mimic your cycle and deliver varying amts of hormones during the month.
