Which direction do you place your pad in your underwear?

I think maybe ive been doing this wrong for twelve years! I buy the pads with wings so they stay on better. Usually one side of the pad is longer on either side of the wings. What direction do you think it goes?

It's supposed to be longer side to the back cause if you leak it's more likely to go backward. Like when you're sleeping or sitting etc

Wings ftw. I can't wear ones without wings because they shift around too much

I think it's different for everyone... For me I have the longer side to the front because I sleep on my stomach to I'm more likely to leak from the front than the back
