I think I hate this

I got my IUD last year in October. Hasn't been a full year yet but ! Almost Everytime me and my SO have intercourse the wires poke his member . I start bleeding . Or I get a full period or extra long period . Or abdominal pains with no period. Idk what to do . I want the protection but this isn't helping in any other aspect.
