How many bags of milk should I have stored before I go back to work?

I stored 400oz because I was paranoid I would drop so drastic upon returning to work. I probably used 60 oz due to under supply. My son is almost 10 months and doesn't drink milk like he used to. At  5/6 month he was knocking back 20+ oz in my work day. Now he probably drinks 10 to 15 a day.
I am able to get that in 3 pump sessions . I BF at breakfast, once I get home and bed.
I was so worried about drying up. I would try to save a little bit everyday and freeze it. Don't drive yourself crazy pumping.

Once going back to work, your milk supply may decrease some since you'll be pumping away from baby.

I suggest having at least a weeks worth of breastmilk in the freezer... my previous babies drank around 24-30 oz per day... then continue your pumping at work on your babies feeding pattern to replenish  your supply in the freezer.

How many times a day do you feed? And how many oz per feeding?

Example. My son eats every 3 hours and I work 13-14 HR shifts. I freeze my milk in 5 oz packs. So I would be away (on the safe side over estimate) 14 hours and he eats about 3-4 oz per feeding. That's roughly 4-5 feedings while I'm gone. 5 x 4oz is 20 oz I need thawed and Rdy for eating while I'm gone.

You really only need enough pumped for your first day gone, because you'll pump at work on baby's feeding schedule and be able to give that to baby the following day! If you're unable to pump at work then you'll obviously need a ton frozen before you go. Hopefully that's not the case!!

Depends on how much you pump on average and how much free time you're gonna have for pumping when you're back on the job. I'm a new mom but based on advice from others with more experience, the baby will need about 30oz per day...so if you get less than 3oz per session you should try to get enough bags to last baby atleast 3-4 weeks. Also take baby's age into consideration because an older baby will need less milk because he/she can eat solid foods
