Subchorionic Hemorrhage

I've been spotting for over a week. Had an initial ultrasound and saw gestational sac and yolk sac only at 5w6d. Had my second ultrasound today at 6w6d. Saw tiny baby and a heartbeat of 128. The tech also told me I have a Subchorionic Hemorrhage. She said it was small.  Doctor said that is why I'm spotting and to just rest. The Doctor didn't seem concerned. Feeling both better and a little anxious. Anyone else ever had one?
