Needing Advice

I have stage 2 endometriosis and had a laparoscopy and a D&C last October. After that I was on Lupron treatment for 6 months. Me and my husband hasn't used protection since May and I never got pregnant. Its been 4 full months since I stopped treatment an they gave me a 30% of getting pregnant and they gave me a 6 month window after my treatment.. I only have 2 more months in that window now. In September we used an opk and it identified 4 high fertility days and a 48 hour peak. Again at the end of September I had another period and we did the same thing and nothing.. Well I just got over my period on the 30th and I started Clomid. It ended in the 4th then the 9th-11th I had peak fertility( before then it was low) and my peiod was supposed to be until like a week or so away but I spotted brown on the 15th and it was very light yesterday and today I have went through 10 pads and I am bleeding uncontrollably. Tomorrow I have to have an ultrasound and maybe a endometrial biopsy.. Me and my husband want a baby more than anything before its too late and I don't know what to do... Any personal experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!
