Should i use pre seed every 3 days?

I'm trying to conceive this upcoming cycle so my due date will be my husbands birthday as well. I'm trying pre seed this time and i don't plan on tracking with opk's because i've run out and won't get my next shipment of opk's until around my next af is due since they're from china. do you guys think if i use pre seed every 3-4 days while bd it'll be fine?
