Chafing, irritation from your panties, irriatated skin from shaving, really any of these. It happens to me too. It makes me want to rip my skin off, lmao.

Agreed irritation from underwear  (sorry hate the word panties sounds so lame) are they really tight. Maybe try some without as much elastic in that area. Or a different style, like boy shorts and see if it subsides.  Could be an allergy or sensitive to the elastic material. And try sleeping with just loose shorts.
