pregnancy scare

So I went an entire month without seeing my period. At first I didn't pay  it any mind because my menstrual hasn't been regular since before I became pregnant in 2013. With that being said I previously was on birth control (Depo) so when I didn't spot or bleed for 3 days like I usually do i became alert . Still I didn't panic because I had an appointment coming up so I would find out then ...my doctor then canceled my appointment 😩 . Fast Forward I was gaining weight, nauseous a lot and slept a lot . Finally decided to take a home pregnancy test and 2 hours later my menstraul came 😒
