Uti at 7dpo

Yesterday (7dpo) I had some cramping I chalked up to implantation, but that night (3am) I woke up out of a dead sleep to go to the bathroom and had that burning/tugging feeling you get when you have a uti, I chugged 44oz of water before going back to bed and when I woke up at 7am the feeling was gone no burning or tugging. But i still have that urge to go and the fullness that comes with a uti. Along with back tenderness. I have no fever or any other signs just come and go neausa.

So the question is, is a uti a "symptom" of pregnancy or completely separate and I am desperately grabbing at straws?
