going on month 6.

This next month ( November ) will be month 6 for us ttc. I got off birth control early this year and starting tracking ovulation in June. We are both healthy in our late 20s. I thought this month was our month. Used pre seed and had sex on o day and before. I'm so discouraged and I feel like my body is broken. Any advice ?! I took a hpt ( one day late ) and it was negative. The digital one. Does anyone have any advice. I realize other people try for longer. I have an appointment for my annual next month and I plan on speaking to my doc about it. It will be end of 6 months at that time. I just need some encouragement and advice. At work crying about all this 😢😢
