anyone else in the same boat?

Currently CD36 and 19 DPO. All tests have been BFN. Have used pink and blue dye tests. I really thought this was it as I track bbt, CM and use OPKs, so I'm certain of OV day. Cycles are usually 28-29 days and I'm good at tracking. Have had symptoms all pointing to pregnancy - symptoms I've never had before. Has anyone any positive experience to share to keep my spirits up that this might still come good? I have An appointment booked at this doctors at the end of this week which can't come soon enough, but I'm not sure if they will just send me off on my way.
