Blood on ultrasound?

Hey! So I just got my first ultrasound done and she advised me I have blood above my uterus.. She said she sees it more times than not but she really didn't seem to explain why it happens or if I need to be  careful. Here is a picture.. U can see it good in the bottom two

This is what you call a sub chorionic hematoma. They are common in pregnancy and they are accompanied by different outcomes. Some ladies tend to bleed/spot and pass them some don't, and they resolve on their own. I had one and was told that there was a possibility for me to miscarry (which I later had a missed miscarriage). I don't want to scare you because I've seen multiple ladies on this app who has had them and went on to deliver a healthy baby, so try not to stress about it, but I wanted to give you more information what it is.
