weird discharge after sex???? help!

Hi guys, on the 15th I had sex with my boyfriend once with a spermicide condom, and then a few hours later briefly without one.  I'm not too worried about being pregnant because my period is due in a day or so, but when we were having sex he tore the bottom of my vagina, as well as rubbed the skin off/ripped my labia a little bit as well.  I understand that I need to use more lube next time!!😂  Yet also over the past few days I've had some really weird stringy discharge that I normally don't have.  It's almost like the consistency of snot and around the same color?  It also smells just a bit off, but not too bad to worry a ton over it.  I was wondering, is this normal and do you ladies have any tips/any advice for me?
