Stretching cramps ??

I am 11w+2d and today I've been feeling weird i am having some cramps very soft they are like little pinches comes and goes i dont know if is stretching cramps? Or the baby doing some little movements, this is my 2nd pregnancy and i dont remember having this on my 1st pregnancy i know some people dont feel the baby till around 16wks but is my 2nd one and it could be feeling the movements early, i could even hear the baby move with the doppler, also this empty feeling i could eat right now and i still feeling kind of empty, and nauseous at the same time have anyone experienced this???
