3rd time is charm

I am wanting to get my nipples repierced, but here is the possible issue... I have had them pierced twice before in the past. The first time they used a hoop on me, and it didn't heal correctly on me due to having large breasts(DD). So I let them heal up and a few years later I had them done with barbells, and it seemed to be going great -- until I broke my leg and had to take them out for surgery. Unfortunately, I could not get the bars back in. Now it has been a few years and I miss them and want them back. There are a couple of things, and I don't know if they will hold me back. First I have a bit of scar tissue from the two times before; second, I still have semisolid white stuff that comes out of where the holes were if I squeeze my nipple, it isn't puss or infection, I'm not sure what it actually is, in any cause it is just there not really causing any issues for me, but I am not sure if it would be an issue in a repierced nipple.

So I guess I am just wondering if either of those issues will hinder me from being repierced?
