I recently just went through a spell of unexplained irregular bleeding and spotting. I just left my gyno and he said most likely it was an early miscarriage even though I had no pain which I read isn't unusual. He did do a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. My doctor didn't seemed to concerned about waiting to try again and I read that some people have gotten pregnant right away after a mc. So my question is how do you calculate ovulation after a mc? I'm also still spotting, how long did it take for you to stop?
