cysts please help!

I get cysts and they are horrid! I can't eat, walk, or even stand. I have to get a wheelchair to go anywhere, I sit in bed with a heating pad and I can't eat cause it hurts so bad. My knees, hips and lower back get really weak and have a weird feeling, as if they are immobile. The pain goes from my knees to my hips, through my spine, It feels like it's in my lower abdomen, and my pelvis, my head will start to hurt or feel like a headache is about to start, I can feel and hear my organs, well the cysts. Anyone know what can help. My ob put me back on the pill. Every birth control that I've tried hasn't helped and they won't prescribe any pain meds because I'm too young. I get the young part but how could they let someone "too young" to live in such pain!
