slight spotting after vaginal ultrasound at 5wks.

I know it's normal to spot a bit after a vaginal ultrasound but after my miscarriage in January this has me worried. I spot brown then a little bit of red for a little bit but even over night I was fine until the next morning. A huge bug fell on me the next mornin and I screamed and I bled bright red. Now I bleed red and brown very lightly but it's been over 24 hours since my ultrasound. Has anyone had it for this long just after the ultrasound?
