Copper IUD (ParaGuard)
Recently got my IUD inserted shy of 4 weeks and i can truly say i love it. 
Ive never taken birth control before but i woud always hear bad stories about the nuva ring, the shot, the pills, etc. I was so afraid to get birth control and gain more weight (just had a baby 7 months ago). So i finally did alot of research and fell in love with the copper iud. Its NO HORMONES!!! Thats my fav part. And its good for 10 YEARS! I was so scared for the insertion but it wasnt bad at all. The cramps after tho are bad. I never have cramps with my period and after i got it inserted holly crap i was in pain the whole day. But it literally only lasted 1 day. So far so good. They say the string can borrow your significant other but my husband hasnt complained lol.
Has anyone else had the IUD inserted? Good? Bad experiences?
