Anyone dealing with hemorrhoids?

How do they affect delivery and what happens to them after? I haven't found anything to help and I'm scared delivery will make them worse

I have one and I absolutely freaked out when I first realized I had it. It's just NASTY lol, but I've used preparation h and tucks pads and its helped. The hemmrhoid has shrunk and doesn't hurt anymore. My friend had REALLY bad ones with her second pregnancy and she assured me they usually go away after baby is born, and my mom and my doctor both said the same thing - you might have a flare up once in awhile but it will get better, even if delivery makes it worse initially. It's not like you're going to have hemmrhoids every day of your life from here on out.
