Birthing Ball to Induce Labor
Has anyone had luck with a birthing ball/exercise ball to induce labor? Any exercise suggestions? I'm doing the pelvic circles and bouncing, but looking for anything else that works as well. I feel like I'm just getting a leg workout but not getting any closer to labor.
