Blaming myself - am I being silly?
Hi ladies,
I still can't help but feel my loss last week was my fault. I was 5 weeks pregnant after so long of trying and two days before we lost the baby, we had sex.
Now, I know sex is ok during the first trimester but I have had to go to hospital etc due to pain during sex before, it's like a stabbing pain at times (not constantly) like he his hitting my cervix or something. They put this down to my endo but I just feel like this could have been the reason we lost our baby?
The day after we had sex I started to spot, which I wasn't to concerned as I've heard you can do during early pregnancy but the next day it was heavier and the hospital confirmed I had miscarried.
Could my sex complications have lost us our baby? 😪
