So THIS is what 1cm 60% effacement looks like

39 weeks got my first and last cervical check. I was opposed to them bc I felt it would give me a false sense of hope. Lol I've been so crampy I decided to check. So I'm 1cm 60% effaced... I needed a visual bc I wasn't grasping effacement based on what the dr said !
