How long did you bleed after childbirth?

5 or 6 weeks... very heavy in the first week but not bad at all thereafter.  The silver lining was, because I breastfed for a year I got to enjoy a very long break from having a period.  My period didn't return until I was probably 9 month postpartum.

First baby for 6 weeks second baby was 7 weeks dont know when the bleeding from labor stopped and period started.
