How to clean high chair?!

So, my little one started food this week, and he sits better in his high chair than his bimbo, so tonight I undressed him and was feeding him..well he decided to poop and it went every where, out the front, legs and up his back.. pretty gross I know 😷😷 anyways, most high chairs (I work at a daycare so I've used many many different brands and types) are either cloth seat  that can be washed or plastic seating that can be wiped down..nope, not my sons high chair.. it's cloth material, but it has 10..yes 10, screws that you have to undo to even take the cover off...annnd when you get there, it has this thing wood board in the seat that doesn't come out...  most kids are messy eats at first, what kind of company makes it to where you can not clean the cover!?!?  Pretty pissed we spent $100 on this high chair & I can't wash it!
