Mild Cramping | 6weeks Pregnant

Ladies I need your help & most honest opinion ! I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Since yesterday or the day before yesterday I've been feeling baby cramps from a scale of 1-10 I'd say the cramps are a 3. I'll start cramping randomly & they'll go away within a minute. Today I've been feeling them a little bit more frequently no severe pain at all & no spotting whatsoever. Should I be scared & prepare for the worst or is this normal ? (I miscarried in April).
