Are they normal? Recently I've been having palpitations when I move a little bit from one side. Is that normal?

Answer

I had them! It is totally normal. When you have so much extra blood it can throw your heart off a bit. I had them pretty regularly for a little bit 4 weeks maybe. And then they went away without me even noticing. It took this post for me to even remember it was a thing. But it's also good to talk to your doctor just in case it could be an actual thing.
