employment and pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy I have worked full time. In the pass I have been in college and graduate school during both of my previous pregnancies. I believe this pregnancy has been really difficult on me due to severe morning sickness, headaches and constant high risk and regular doctor appointments. By the way I work an hour away from home. I had been looking for a closer job but I got pregnant and have decided that it's best to stay so I can get my short term disability. My supervisor has not said anything yet but I due believe it is a matter of time. I need advice on how everyone's employers are dealing with this.
