Sadly we found out yesterday that our twins stopped growing between 6.5 -8 weeks. I decided I want to take medication at home to induce a miscarriage because I do not want to wait any longer or have the surgical procedure.

My question is, other than pads, what were some things you also had that helped you through a miscarriage. What are some things maybe you wish you had picked up?

I know my husband will go get anything I need over the next few days but I just want to be prepared as well as I can be. Thank you to anyone who responds, I really need the support of this community right now.

I am so sorry for your loss. My first miscarriage was around 10 weeks old. No medication, nothing. My second miscarriage baby had stopped growing around 7-8 weeks. Again no medication but I did stay on my heating pad. Second was much shorter and although painful, nothing like the first. So the heating pad did help a lot. My first unfortunately did end up in the toilet and I didn't retrieve it, which I've regretted every day. Second I did take, and buried him/her. It helped me with the grieving process. I definitely suggest taking medication, I don't know why I didn't. It will help a lot.. make sure you have water, I was very thirsty and luckily had my SO to get it for me, because I wasn't moving from where I was. As for your SO, although not always, I can mostly guarantee he will grieve differently than you. Some say they feel they just didn't care as much, which I suppose is true. Mine hard a very hard time, but wasn't showing it because he wanted to be strong for me.

One day at a time hun, it's not going to be easy, but it does get easier. 💕

Pain relievers and lots of fluids. And make sure youu have someone there for support. Someone youu trust. My bf had to work a lot during mine, it took about a week and a half,  so his mom was here and I wasn't really comfortable with her being around

I had a miscarriage last week the best thing for the pain is paracetamol I found and do not stick ur hand down the toilet as much as you would want to see what has come out don't that will cause more pain then anything just know these babies came to soon and god has other plans for u and these babies, we also done a little memory box like the baby grow I brought when I told my partner he was going to be a daddy and all the pregnancy tests I had took a few days before and the notes from the hospital I hope this helps again I'm sorry for us loss it's such a horrible time x
