morning sickness tips

After being in the ER this weekend for non stop vomiting I thought I would share some tips that have helped me this week.
-Take safe meds from your doctor if they offer it. 
-in the morning lay in bed for 15 minutes before getting up and moving around. Eat a couple crackers before getting up to help raise your blood sugar back up
-peppermints- I suck on them 24/7 they help a ton!! I kee them by my bed too
-breathe, when the nausea comes breathe deep and if you can get peppermint or lemon essential oils inhale them, it helps a lot
-don't eat super greasy food but eat whatever sounds god to you even if you don't keep it down it's important to get food in
-keep dry cereal and crackers by your bed, every time you wake up a little hungry through the night snack on a few bites as often as you can, an empty stomach makes it worse in the morning
