Fit food ideas
Hello mamas!
This is my first pregnancy, my husband and I have been following a high protein, carb watching (not low carb necessarily, just healthy grains), veggie eating diet for about 4 months.
Now that I am pregnant, these food aversions are real- the foods I was using for my quick proteins (cold turkey and cottage cheese), absolutely repulse me!
Any ideas on good, delicious, pregnancy safe proteins or recipe ideas from my fit mamas that I can replace the above with?
Man, do I sound like a picky eater yet? Ha! 😂
Any advice would be wonderfully appreciated!
