I'm embarrassed to be collecting baby items before getting pregnant

So I'm always looking for good deals on baby items or cute clothes, and always on the look out for nursery decor. When people see I'm buying baby items they think I am pregnant. I feel crazy if I tell them im just planning / gathering for a future baby. 😑😑😑😕 I just lied to some woman and said im in my first trimester just so she wouldn't think I was crazy. And I hate that I lied like that.
