Vagina discharge .

i just turned 20 a month ago , my nipples have been sensitive for the past 2 weeks there a little better now but still a little touchy. this came out of my vagina a moment ago.. I am getting over a yeast infection I took my last pill 2 days ago , I have been having some abdominal pain. Sort of feels like I'm cramping, my ovaries start hurting a little when I am fertile. I had sex on the 12, and 16th of this month. I'm asking if you know what this is? Is it because I'm fertile? And I havent had my period in 2months and I have nexplanon.

PLEASE HELP! I have been freaking out secretly.
