At Home Insemination No Meds

My wife and I did at home insemination with donor sperm that was shipped from Alaska. So it had the Test-Yolk Buffer in it. Ever since the day after I have been quezzy. The AHI was a gamble cause I wasn't sure if I was ovulating. I am not taking fertility meds or anything. Anyone ever had this??
