What to take for headache if pregnant

Is alieve ok to take during early pregnancy...i heard it's only bad in third trimester..ig not what else is ok to take for headache or migraine

Tylenol is all I've ever heard being safe.

Tylenol, I do t think they are bad for everyone during last trimester. I've had maybe 2 slight ones in my third trimester. I take an extra magnesium and b complex vitamin to control my normal headaches. It's safe to take during pregnancy.

I'm on my 3rd baby and have only ever been told to take Tylenol.  Or the generic Acetaminophen.
