I went in for a routine check up on Wednesday.  I was entering my 2nd trimester and feeling so amazing.  I couldn't wait to see this ultrasound.  Unfortunately, this one showed no heart beat.  Baby died at 10 weeks and I carried it without even knowing.  No cramping or spotting.  The whole thing was heartbreaking. I had my D&E this morning.  I couldn't have had a better hospital team.  Everyone was so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable.  I'm sitting here now just trying to keep my mind occupied.  Can't help to feel so sad. I'm hoping to try again once my body goes back to normal.
