two periods in one month?

So I went to the bathroom just now and I'm bleeding but what scares me is that I got my period 2 weeks ago this month.... yes I took a day after pill last month and got my period a week early, but I'm scared bc I was scheduled to get my period by Halloween time.... has this happened to anyone? Should I be concerned? I haven't felt any bad side affects, my diet is avergae, I haven't had sex within the past week or so... I'm scared 😭😭
